We have an impressive portfolio of sites across Yorkshire
Our estate includes a range of Wet led, Community, City Centre, Award winning Cask Ale and food led sites.
Established in 2017 by current owners Tom & Rosie who both have a wide range of experience within the hospitality industry and operating all types of Public Houses.
We have grown the business rapidly over the past few years and are currently looking to expand further throughout 2025.
We as a business have an outstanding reputation and work along some of the biggest Breweries and Pub Cos in the UK.
Our Team
Run by husband and wife team. Tom (Owner and Managing Director) is hands-on in nearly all aspects of the business. Rosie (Owner and Secretary) is also hands on with keeping up to date all office work, working alongside managers to keep the books in order.
Jeff, BDM (Business Development Manager), Joined us in 2022 with a vast experience in hospitality and customer satisfaction, he has managed and owned some of the biggest named Nightclubs and Pubs around Wakefield & Leeds.
Paul, BDM (Business Development Manager), Joined us Sept 2024, Paul has managed and owned some amazing award winning sites around Leeds and has a range of experience in the hospitality industry.
We decided to add a second BDM to the business to make sure all our managers get the support they need as we expand our estate further.
Our Operators
New to 2025 our Managed Division
Throughout 2025 we are taking on some well-established sites in our managed division, these will operate a little differently with our amazing new food offering, we will be creating a full team specifically for each site with our General Manager overseeing the whole operation.
We will mirror our main menu and drinks selection throughout these sites offering the best value for our customers with a specials board specifically for each individual site.
T&R Property Team
We have our very own T&R Property team to keep all our sites in tip top shape and running smoothly.
We have a range of contractors on our books and sub contractors including Electricians, Joiners, Painters and Decorators, Gardeners and many more.
Recently joined us and now running all our maintenance projects is Paul who has become a real asset to the company and can put his hands to any task that is thrown his way.
